An
Indecisive Stage

The second greatest
festival of Muslims has spread a great rumor in the Nepalese society. The
calendar or the regular date of Ramadan falls today. The government has been
providing holidays for the festival till it became Loktantrik.
Home Ministry yesterday
didn’t have explicit decision whether it is holiday or not. The priests
themselves were in the indecisive stage or they couldn’t confirm the festival. It
also reflects the indecisive stage of the Nepalese society. Not only the Muslims
it has affected the whole Nepalese society.
Mostly the schools and
students are in confusion whether to enjoy holiday or not. The mindset of
children has also remained indecisive in such condition. Children love holidays
by nature; or they would be happy with the holiday to be free from reading burden.
We have been teaching children such indecisive things that will affect their
future seriously.
The society has been
running with traditions, cultures and norms. The things that we teach to our
children are the same that they can’t be stuck to one decision. Our culture has
been developing in such a way that it has several negative impacts to the
children rather than positive points.
We have been defining
our Habitus with indecisive nature or the children have been learning the same
thing what we have created to them. We have made our Habitus too narrow and
useless so the impact on children would be always negative. Their stage always
remains dual whether to do or not to do.
So it is one of the
serious examples that we have been indecisive for several such things. The culture
what we have followed is full of holidays rather than working days. This can
also be one of the reasons that we have faced several negative developmental
facts. Thus we should find out the way from the indecisive stage of our life to
strengthen our children and their future.
