Worker’s
Mind

It is evident that
among all of the animals humans have complex mind and it would be difficult to
be dealt with. Their psychology is too complex to understand which is
incurable. I have been employing many and different personnel for 12 years. I
haven’t found any person as a reliable assistant of the organization. The
context is to be revealed due to the hindrances that I have been facing in my professional
life.
As I was a teenager, I
have the aim to employ some persons under my leadership. I didn’t long for the
government job though I have tried it as whim of friends or in pursuit of job.
Actually, I didn’t have belief that I would get government job. Now I think
that the government job hasn’t made for me. I used to think that I should be a
leader or manager though I would be a government official. I have been running
with the motto and got the position of manager since I have started my career.
The ambition and the
aim match in some points and it would be a moment of repentance to some points.
I feel proud of being a leader; however, I feel repentance when the personnel
haven’t accompanied to get the goal of the organization. It is said that the
personnel would be the lifeline of any organization. There is no possibility of
any organization to move ahead without the support of the personnel. The goal which was set by the organization
would be fulfilled by the personnel so that the progression is possible.
On the side of the
personnel also, it would be better to analyze. They have come to work agreeing
with the rule and regulations of the organization. Since they become the part
of the organization, it is also the duty of them to meet the goal. I have the
habit of taking them with the motto of the administration. I couldn’t find them
together with me in one or another pretention. They have always told me that
the administration would favour some of them. However, nobody would tell, “I
would be favoured”. So I always question them whom the organization would favour
and who would be hated.
It may be the fault from
the side of the organization. The manager wouldn’t be able to treat all of them
fairly. Some of the personnel would come to raise question that they would be
hated and the administration would have been unable to treat them fairly. So
the responsibility of the organization is to take them ahead making them
realize their duty. I am the manager and I always tell them that the
organization would be their and they should be responsible for the work what
they have done. All the decisions would be done along with the discussion among
them.
It is the complexity of
human beings as they have been a complex creature by psyche. They have been
thinking differently from one another. The context can’t be positive all the
time as their mind is guided by relative thoughts. They have taken the
negatives almost 80% and 20% of positive points. So the complexity of the human
mind has been dwelling in this context. They have the habit of taking negative
attitudes mostly in comparison to positive. So they have become the negative
creature rather than positive one.
The same thing affect
the worker’s mind or they have the habit of cheating and spending time without
doing anything. They would ignore everything what comes in front of them.
Rather they blame others or shift their duty and complain to others only. They
haven’t taken care of the things rather they express ignorance to that. Eventually,
the problem would affect the whole organization. It is one of the problems of
the organization in Nepal that the organizations and workers should think on it
to solve on time.
